Skills & Qualifications

  • Typically requires 5 – 8 years of field sales and technical experience
  • Experience on technical/pre-sales support as a sales, systems engineer or solutions architect
  • Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, NGFW, NDR, XDR, Cloud Security, ZTNA, SD-WAN, CGNAT
  • CyberSec and Networking certifications are highly desired
  • Experience with Communication Service Providers (ISPs, MSSPs, SoC, Security Value Added, Operations)
  • Multiple security vendors knowledge. Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Sophos, Darktrace, Checkpoint just to name a few
  • Conversational level in English. Spanish is highly desired
  • Experience on delivering trainings and speaking to small and large audiences


Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales - deliver pre-sales activities as the main technical resource for the Telco business unit
  • Sales calls and meetings - present/answer/educate the customer on Hillstone solutions, connecting them to the business needs and outcomes
  • Delivery of Proof of Concepts - orchestrate, configure, present PoCs to partners and partners
  • Partner enablement and support - support and take partners (Hillstone distributors, resellers, integrators, service delivery companies etc) to the next level
  • Training - deliver technical training, positioning Hillstone solutions with a Sales mindset and presenting all hands sessions with technical mindset
  • Post-sales - work with the Global Technical Assistance Center, Research & Development and Sales Engineering teams to quickly solve post-sales issues
