O Customer Sucess é um área dentro do setor comercial que visa garantir o cuidado ao cliente da Digisystem. Direcionar suas demandas, atualiza-lo de novidades, realizar as pesquisas de satisfação, monitorar planos de ação, manter seu contrato ativo e atualizado são algumas das funções do CSM (Customer Sucess Manager). Este profissional também tem a função de FARMER, cuidando dos incrementos de vendas nos clientes (upselling e cross-selling) .
Sendo a Digisystem uma referência em soluções para a Saúde e maior distribuidor do Philips Tasy no Brasil e América Latina, o CS para Saúde atenderá hospitais e clínicas com intuito de levar a esses clientes as melhores soluções para os desafios desse setor.
