Are you passionate about connecting top tech talent with exciting opportunities? We're looking for a dynamic Sr. IT Recruiter (Contractor) to join our team and help us shape the future of hiring
Location:
Alphaville, São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist technical profiles.
Track candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Use job portals such as Linked In Recruiter effectively.
Analyze requirements and evaluate candidate skills.
Conduct telephonic and Teams interviews.
Coordinate final interviews with clients.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Support candidates from offer to onboarding.
Maintain weekly trackers and reports.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers from different countries.
Requirements:
+5 years of experience in IT recruitment. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Familiarity with global hiring practices and tools.
