Vaga: Especialista em Customer Success Modalidade: Remota Tipo de Contrato: PJ Descrição da Vaga: - Empresa de tecnologia contrata Customer Success, com o objetivo de garantir a melhor experiência para os clientes. Caberá ao profissional realizar o acompanhamento de processos, garantindo a execução de cronogramas e garantir as melhores práticas em gestão de Projetos. Responsabilidades: - Desenvolver relacionamentos duradouros e significativos com os clientes, entendendo suas necessidades e garantindo que nossas soluções estejam alinhadas aos seus objetivos de negócios. - Gerenciar o ciclo de vida do cliente desde a onboarding até o advocacy, incluindo treinamentos, suporte e acompanhamento de uso dos produtos. - Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell e colaborar com as equipes de vendas e marketing para otimizar as estratégias de retenção e expansão. - Monitorar indicadores de sucesso do cliente, como taxa de renovação, satisfação e engajamento, e implementar ações corretivas quando necessário. - Facilitar o feedback dos clientes para as equipes de produto e técnica, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua das soluções oferecidas. Qualificações Necessárias: - Graduação completa em Jornalissmo, Relações Públicas, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas; - Experiência comprovada em Customer Success; - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de apresentação; - Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas contas de forma eficaz, priorizando tarefas e gerenciando o tempo eficientemente. Diferenciais: - Espanhol Fluente; - Conhecimento em CRM; - Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos ou Customer Success Management.
