Pono Ventures is a dynamic marketing agency founded in 2023. We serve clients across various industries, including Wealth Management, Legal Services, Home Services, and others. Our key products include Websites, SEO, Google and Facebook Pay Per Click Ads, Outbound Email, and Direct Mail.The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to architect and execute our lead generation strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can both design the program and drive its execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive outbound lead generation strategiesDevelop and manage KPIs for measuring program successExecute multi-channel outreach campaigns including email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channelsBuild and optimize outreach sequences and messagingManage and maintain a high-quality prospect databaseGenerate and qualify new business opportunities for the sales teamProvide regular reporting and analysis on program performance to leadershipContinuously test and refine approaches to improve conversion ratesCollaborate with leadership team to align on product offerings and feedback from the marketIdeal ProfileRequired Qualifications5+ years of B2B sales development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership roleProven track record of building and scaling successful outbound programsDemonstrated ability to hit and exceed quota consistentlyExperience with multiple outbound channels (email, phone, social selling)Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision makingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement platformsSelf-motivated with strong project management abilitiesWhat We Expect During The Interview ProcessPresent specific examples of outbound programs they've built from scratchShare detailed metrics and results from previous campaignsDemonstrate strategic thinking in targeting and approachShow expertise in multi-channel prospecting techniquesExhibit strong leadership and autonomous decision-making abilitiesWhat's on Offer?Leadership RoleFantastic work cultureA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
