**Estamos em busca de um(a) Business Development Representative (BDR) motivado(a) e proativo(a) para se juntar à nossa equipe**

Como um Business Development Representative (BDR), você será responsável por identificar e qualificar novas oportunidades de negócios para a equipe de vendas. Suas atividades diárias incluirão:

- Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar empresas e contatos que se alinhem com o perfil de cliente ideal.
- Qualificar leads através de conversas iniciais para entender suas necessidades e determinar se são uma boa oportunidade para a empresa.
- Agendar reuniões entre leads qualificados e os Executivos de Vendas para aprofundar a discussão sobre como nossos produtos podem atender às suas necessidades.
- Manter um registro detalhado de todas as interações com leads no sistema de CRM da empresa.
- Colaborar com a equipe de marketing para alinhar estratégias de geração de leads e campanhas promocionais.
- Participar de treinamentos e reuniões de equipe para aprimorar suas habilidades de prospecção e manter-se atualizado sobre os produtos e serviços da empresa.
- Fornecer feedback contínuo à equipe de vendas e marketing sobre a qualidade dos leads e as tendências do mercado.

- Experiência prévia em vendas, preferencialmente em desenvolvimento de negócios ou funções similares.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.
- Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e prioridades.
- Conhecimento em técnicas de prospecção e qualificação de leads.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Proatividade e atitude orientada para resultados.
- Capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes.

**Graduações**:

- Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.

**Diferenciais**:

- Experiência com vendas B2B.
- Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas, como SPIN Selling ou Sandler.
- Experiência prévia em startups ou empresas de tecnologia.
- Certificações em vendas ou desenvolvimento de negócios.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação de marketing.
- Habilidade em análise de dados e métricas de desempenho..
