Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data within our Zoho CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently input, update, and maintain data within Zoho CRM.
  • Verify and correct data inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
  • Regularly audit CRM data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with BD teams to understand data requirements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards from CRM data as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace.
