Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for IAM Consultant Cybersecurity The IAM Consultant Cybersecurity plays a critical role in strengthening an Asian financial institution in Brazil information security posture by ensuring that access to systems and data is granted appropriately, securely, and in full alignment with governance policies. This position exists to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets while enabling operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. To expand its digital ecosystem, average of 300 modules and systems, where 20 systems with their modules will have SOD implemented through a risk matrix, the challenge lies in maintaining robust access controls across a complex and evolving environment. The IAM function is at the heart of this transformation, and this role is essential to bridge operational execution with strategic governance. The professional in this role will be responsible not only for handling access requests but also for ensuring that each access is justified, traceable, and compliant with internal policies and external audit requirements. This includes working with tools like CyberArk , Varonis , and ServiceNow , while also supporting SoD validations and recertification processes. The broader challenge for the Information Security team is to shift from a reactive access management model to a proactive, governance-driven approach, where risks are anticipated, processes are standardized, and security is embedded into every access decision. This position is key to driving that shift, bringing technical expertise, process discipline, and a strong sense of ownership to the IAM domain.
