As a Data Analyst , you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This role requires a strong problem solver who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards , ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
Perform data transformation and cleaning to prepare datasets for reporting and analysis
Investigate and resolve data quality issues , proactively identifying anomalies and inconsistencies
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions
Design and implement reporting solutions that are scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling
Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support transparency and knowledge sharing
Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs
SKILLS:
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
Strong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation
Solid understanding of database management principles and relational data models
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data problems independently
High attention to detail in report design and data validation
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience transforming and cleaning data from multiple sources
Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to data challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in database design and management , including table relationships and indexing
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and workflows
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices
Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
