As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This role requires a strong problem solver who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
- Perform data transformation and cleaning to prepare datasets for reporting and analysis
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, proactively identifying anomalies and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Design and implement reporting solutions that are scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling
- Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support transparency and knowledge sharing
- Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs

SKILLS:

- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Strong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation
- Solid understanding of database management principles and relational data models
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data problems independently
- High attention to detail in report design and data validation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience transforming and cleaning data from multiple sources
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to data challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in database design and management, including table relationships and indexing
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and workflows
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
