The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Power BI dashboards that provide accurate and up-to-date information for stakeholders.
- Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Perform data transformation and cleaning to prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Design and implement reporting solutions that are scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling.
- Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Strong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of database management principles and relational data models.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data problems independently.
- High attention to detail in report design and data validation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
