As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
This role requires a strong problem solver who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needsWrite and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sourcesPerform data transformation and cleaning to prepare datasets for reporting and analysisInvestigate and resolve data quality issues, proactively identifying anomalies and inconsistenciesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutionsDesign and implement reporting solutions that are scalable, user-friendly, and visually compellingDocument data processes, definitions, and workflows to support transparency and knowledge sharingManage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputsSKILLS:Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualizationStrong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulationSolid understanding of database management principles and relational data modelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data problems independentlyHigh attention to detail in report design and data validationStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesQUALIFICATIONS:At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence rolesProven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience transforming and cleaning data from multiple sourcesFamiliarity with ETL processes and data integration best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to data challengesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in database design and management, including table relationships and indexingHands-on experience with ETL tools and workflowsFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWSKnowledge of data governance and data quality management practicesExperience with other BI tools such as Tableau or LookerBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
