Descrição
Assumir a posição de Legal Manager (Antitruste), atuando como consultor jurídico especializado em direito concorrencial, com foco na análise de operações e projetos estratégicos. O profissional será o principal responsável por identificar riscos concorrenciais, fornecer soluções jurídicas viáveis e alinhadas ao negócio, além de interagir regularmente com equipes globais e órgãos reguladores.

Responsabilidades

Analisar operações e projetos corporativos com foco em aspectos concorrenciais, identificando riscos e oportunidades. Representar a empresa em discussões com órgãos reguladores, como o CADE. Apoiar novos projetos e operações comerciais, garantindo conformidade regulatória e jurídica. Atuar como business partner, colaborando diretamente com áreas como marketing, comercial e operações para encontrar soluções jurídicas estratégicas. Redigir e gerenciar documentos jurídicos, elaborando recomendações para suportar as necessidades empresariais. Realizar a interface com a equipe jurídica global e atuar em projetos de impacto internacional. Liderar iniciativas e propor melhorias para processos internos relacionados à área concorrencial.

Requisitos

Experiência consolidada em direito concorrencial (antitruste), preferencialmente atuando em posição gerencial ou consultiva. Expertise em temas de consultivo e contencioso concorrencial, com histórico de implementação de soluções práticas. Capacidade estratégica para alinhar análises jurídicas aos objetivos de negócios. Experiência com multinacionais, especialmente em empresas de bens de consumo como Heineken, Ambev, Unilever ou Coca-Cola. Inglês fluente (mandatório). Espanhol será considerado um diferencial. Perfil colaborativo, com forte visão de negócio e curiosidade para entender a cadeia produtiva e operações da empresa. Habilidade para interagir com times globais e adaptar soluções jurídicas a diferentes contextos culturais e mercadológicos.
