A Reborn é infra de pagamentos feita por quem executa. A gente roda volume real, em múltiplos nichos, com risco alto e crescimento mais alto ainda. Procuramos um(a) Head de Compliance sênior para liderar a construção da nossa estrutura de Compliance, Risco e AML — sem travar o crescimento.
O desafio Arquitetar e operar, ponta a ponta, KYC/KYB, AML, antifraude, onboarding e monitoramento transacional . Integrar compliance dentro do produto (no código, não só no papel), garantindo aderência a BACEN/LGPD/PCI e governança de nível enterprise.
Responsabilidades Desenhar políticas e processos de onboarding, PLD-FT, retenções e chargeback .
Implantar rule engine , alertas, listas restritivas e investigações internas.
Definir critérios de aceitação/recusa de merchants e decisões críticas (bloqueios/liberações).
Construir e liderar o time de compliance/risk ops/jurídico-regulatório .
Criar dashboards executivos (alertas, cohorts de risco, CBK, FP, retenções).
Tocar relacionamento com bancos, adquirentes, bandeiras e reguladores .
Preparar a casa para licenciamento/subadquirência e auditorias.
Requisitos (senior de verdade) 6+ anos em Compliance/Risco/AML em fintech, adquirente ou banco digital .
Histórico em montar estruturas do zero e liderar times.
Domínio de BACEN, LGPD, PCI DSS, PLD/FT e práticas internacionais.
Experiência com operações de alto volume e verticais reguladas (e-com, nutra, aposta, info etc.).
Capacidade de decidir sob pressão, com rigor técnico + visão de produto .
Inglês avançado.
Diferenciais Passagem por Pagar.me, Dock, Nuvei, Adyen, Ebanx, PayU, Stark, Stone (ou similares).
Vivência com licenciamento , parcerias bancárias e FIDC .
Familiaridade com plataformas antifraude, screening, scoring e automações.
