Coordinator, Marketing Operations (fixed term-9 months) The role of the MarComm Operations is to focus on strategy & planning, budget operations & management, tracking performance and reporting and process improvement for the entire Latin America MarComm organization.
The Marketing Operations will support the team by delivering guidance and timelines to create scalable process driving the creation, tracking and optimization of the MarComm plans.
This role requires strong relationship building across the organization: SMM's, MarComm disciplines, Field Marketing, product marketing, finance, legal, sales ops, IS and exec team.
Principal Accountabilities
Coordinating the annual marketing 360 planning process, developing, and managing the Calendar, defining processes and roles, ensuring team adherence to best practices, and offering support for special requests from executives.
Coordinating budget planning, forecasting, and reconciliation. leading the analysis of budget gaps. collaborate with Finance and MarComm leaders to manage monthly budget schedules, approvals, and reconciliation. providing budget training to teams throughout the organization and offering support for the Leadership in analyzing the MarComm budget and addressing ad hoc requests.
Document essential MarComm processes. Ensure partner teams and agencies take responsibility for implementing improvements identified in monthly reports and optimization.
Work with the Marcom Disciplines teams in analyzing Marcomm Performance within business units.
Manage the quarterly continuous improvement process, including maintaining a project tracker, ensuring project owners' accountability, and delivering status updates to the leadership team.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance environment.
Superior time-management and organizational skills.
Project Management Skills and working knowledge of project management tools.
· Experience in tools such as DOMO, Power BI and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
Analytical background
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and eager to contribute anywhere there are an organizational need.
BS required; MBA preferred.
Mandatory advanced English and Spanish.
