  • Responsabilidades


-Pesquisar e identificar potenciais influenciadores alinhados com as marcas, contribuindo para nossos objetivos estratégicos e preenchendo lacunas no casting;


-Avaliar o alcance, engajamento e autenticidade dos influencers e auxiliar o time comercial na seleção de talentos;


-Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos contínuos com influencers no portfólio;


-Negociar acordos e parcerias com os influencers selecionados;


-Selecionar influencers para serem representados e comercializados pela agência;


-Desenvolver uma rede sólida de relacionamentos para ser a ponte entre a agência, os influencers e outras agências;


-Fazer a parte de outreach de influencers (email/DM/afins), podendo delegar algumas partes do processo conforme o crescimento da área.



  • Como é o dia a dia da pessoa que entrará para a vaga?


-Prospectar Novos Influenciadores: Realizar pesquisas para identificar novos influenciadores que não estão em nossa base, analisando suas métricas de engajamento, autenticidade e alinhamento com os valores das marcas que representamos;


-Desenvolvimento de Relacionamentos: Manter contato contínuo com influenciadores e agências para fortalecer parcerias e explorar novas oportunidades de colaboração;


-Reuniões Estratégicas: Participar de reuniões com o time comercial para identificar tipos de influenciadores que nossos clientes estão pedindo, mas que ainda não conseguimos oferecer;


-Busca Proativa: Com base nas reuniões, buscar influenciadores específicos para suprir essa demanda, se antecipando às necessidades dos clientes para garantir que sempre possamos oferecer as melhores opções;


-Relatórios e Feedbacks: Compilar e analisar métricas de desempenho das campanhas em andamento, preparando relatórios detalhados para feedback interno e para os clientes;


-Seleção e Contato Direto: Selecionar os melhores influenciadores para campanhas específicas e estabelecer contato direto com eles, minimizando o número de intermediários para agilizar as parcerias;


-Acompanhamento de Demandas: Monitorar as demandas de influenciadores para se antecipar na busca, garantindo que nunca fiquemos sem opções para nossos clientes;


  • Requisitos Obrigatórios:


-Experiência em identificação e avaliação de influencers nas redes sociais;

-Pelo menos 4 anos de experiência em comunicação/marketing;

-Conhecimento sólido das principais redes sociais e suas dinâmicas;

-Habilidades de comunicação para estabelecer relacionamentos com influenciadores;

-Capacidade de análise de métricas de desempenho de influencers;

-Boa comunicação oral e escrita para se relacionar com os influenciadores;

-Inglês capaz de conduzir uma reunião básica com parceiros e com ótima compreensão escrita e oral (não será tão frequente).


  • Será um diferencial se você tiver:


-Experiência anterior em agências de marketing de influência com o mesmo role da vaga;

-Ter Espanhol intermediário;

-Ter bom networking com influenciadores e outras agências que possuam castings relevantes;

-Ter background educacional em Publicidade, Comunicação, Marketing ou semelhantes.
