As a key member of our Influencer & Content Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and community building through innovative content strategies and influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate our short video content strategy to drive engagement by creating captivating short-form video content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our member stories and turns them into engaging content that can be shared across different platforms.
  • Identify and build a pipeline of potential influencers and content creators to collaborate with, amplifying our app's reach and connecting with prospective users.
  • Stay ahead of the Social Media landscape and identify trending formats to propose experiments, mastering social media algorithms to test new ways to make our content more visible and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Cultivate innovation and come up with creative ideas to differentiate Inner Circle from its competitors.
  • Stay attuned to trends and changes in social media and influencer culture, helping us stay relevant.
  • Work through challenges and new opportunities with enthusiasm and urgency.
  • Experiment and use failures and successes to learn from.
