Job Description

We're seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Content Associate to join our fast-growing content and creative team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with clients to develop and implement content strategies that drive business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing Amazon content, creating engaging graphics, and conducting competitor research.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content strategies to support client business objectives
  • Optimize Amazon content, including keywords, titles, bullet points, and image stacks
  • Collaborate with the design team to create graphics for client product detail pages, stores, and A+
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis to support content and creative recommendations
  • Create Amazon post and customer engagement calendars and track performance metrics
  • Help build content trackers and timelines to keep projects on track and communicate project status
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with other teams to ensure success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for content creation and optimization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, English, design, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Mandatory experience with SEO, User Experience (UX), Copywriting, Wireframes
  • Proven ability to write powerful copy for products and brands
  • Content creation project management comprising of textual, imagery, and video
  • Using keywords to optimize content for organic ranking
  • Briefing and coordination of designers and other specialists and partners to deliver on their specific tasks
  • Proven team player with strong relationships with global teams, clients, and partners
  • Working understanding of paid media offerings from Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with the dynamic marketing or advertising environment
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus but not required)
  • Previous experience with Marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee and others) is a plus
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
