Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a deep understanding of compliance training, and the ability to develop and maintain high-quality content for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analysis for compliance content and products to inform quarterly reports to courseware and marketing teams
  • Review and update recommended training content documentation for US and international clients
  • Communicate top used and rated modules, as well as best practices for implementing large-scale learning plans using KnowBe4's Compliance Plus content
  • Make recommendations on policies and procedures
  • Review customer feedback and communicate it back to publishers to inform roadmaps
  • Provide training and guidance to KnowBe4 staff/contractors who produce content in other languages and/or are localizing content
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance law updates and cultural expectations of content globally
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of our processes, quality, and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Law/Paralegal, or related field/experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience with compliance training a plus
  • Experience working in a compliance department a plus
  • Experience with development and updating documentation
  • Experience advising clients on learning plans
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Excellent customer service and needs analysis skills
