About Us We are a global technology services consultancy with an annualized turnover of £50m, based out of London. Our exclusive focus is on capital markets in the front office, pricing and risk space, covering both business and technology services. We operate across six lines of business, four international hubs and five international delivery centres. This has made us a leading global financial markets IT services provider within our niche domains. Our team of 500 consultants supports over 80 financial institutions worldwide. Our sales team runs from Wrotham Business Park in London, where we have 30 sales consultants covering various business lines, clients and geographies. The team includes junior sales personnel who focus on candidate research and recruitment while being trained to become client-facing sales consultants and account managers. We're expanding our Sales & Research team to include a new operation in São Paulo. We offer a comprehensive range of services including staff augmentation, advisory, project and managed services. These deals vary greatly in size, creating significant revenue opportunities. Role and Career Progression To support our ambitions, we take on four cohorts of junior sales consultants each year, in January, April, July, and October. Each consultant is trained according to our competency-based framework. We're looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed. Problem solvers who can 'find a way' to solve any challenge will thrive here. It will take time to develop the required skills to be independent and operate autonomously. So, we're looking for people who are truly committed and driven. These are essential skills that you'll have developed over many years. Communication and Charisma Our sales consultants must be great communicators: people who have natural confidence with person-to-person communication. You'll need to be charismatic and confident. Developing meaningful relationships built on respect and trust is crucial. Your base will be in São Paulo, but as you develop into client-facing sales, you'll spend time outside the office and have opportunities for regular international travel. Beyond the sales team, you'll work within a wider community across pre-sales and delivery, specific to your clients and line-of-business.
