Key Sales Associate As a Key Sales Associate, you will engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise, discuss features and benefits, and offer service plans and financing options. You will work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals. You may also assist with supervisory duties alongside Store or Assistant Managers. We value integrity, diversity, teamwork , and opportunities for advancement . We offer training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development. We seek committed individuals with a desire to grow and deliver excellent customer service. Job Requirements One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
