The Billing Manager is responsible to ensuring our financial operations run seamlessly and align with business goals.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily checking and billing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity, including the integration of Intelligent Automation (IA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Map, standardize, and optimize end-to-end processes to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 20 by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Serve as the key liaison between internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues and maintain excellent service levels.
Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in billing and checking operations, with preference for candidates from the advertising industry.
Additional Information
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in process mapping and standardization methodologies.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and managing change.
- High analytical ability with experience generating and interpreting operational reports.
- Knowledge of tools and platforms commonly used in checking and billing workflows, including AD Solutions.
- Familiarity with IA and RPA technologies.
- Effective communication to engage with agencies and facilitate process alignment meetings.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Hybrid work (twice in person)
- Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00;
