Software Engineer Position The role of Senior Backend Software Engineer is crucial for the development and optimization of our backend systems. This position plays a key part in enhancing the functionality of our access control solutions, delivering high-quality software that meets the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Java, and Kotlin. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current backend technologies and best practices. About Our Team: We are a dynamic team based in Brasilia, Brazil, specializing in developing innovative solutions for the Build-to-Rent market. We operate on a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility and productivity.
