Overview of the role:

The CRM Specialist position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns that boost top talent engagement and conversion through recruitment processes. This role involves leveraging analytics and automation to create personalized candidate experiences while providing actionable insights that drive recruitment success, combining technical expertise with creative communication to enhance talent acquisition capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, and maintaining complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and segment candidate data from CRM systems, creating comprehensive reports and dashboards to support data-driven recruitment decisions.

- Creating compelling email marketing content, writing engaging copy for talent acquisition campaigns, developing UX-focused messaging for candidate touchpoints, and crafting personalized communication strategies that resonate with target audiences.

- Building sophisticated automation workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms, designing seamless candidate journey experiences, and implementing automated processes to optimize recruitment efficiency and candidate engagement.

- Configuring and optimizing automated message templates within CRM systems across email, WhatsApp, and ATS platforms, setting up dynamic content rules and personalization triggers, analyzing communication performance metrics, and fine-tuning message flows to improve candidate engagement rates and conversion through data-driven testing.

- Analyzing candidate journey touchpoints, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance overall recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements:

- CRM Management: 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM management and optimization.

- Content Creation: 2+ years of proven experience building content in English.

- Technical Skills: Solid foundation with SQL and email marketing platforms.

- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
