Sales Performance Improvement Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Improvement Specialist to lead commercial training and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Lead role-play sessions with Commercial Members
- Audit calls and compliance of general representatives
- Implement continuous improvement processes: review of sales processes, commercial training, communication of improvements
- Identify development gaps and implement strategies to close execution gaps
- Interact with the Sales Reps to ensure correct execution of the Sales processes
- 1-3 years of experience in Training capacity or an equivalent combination of education and training
- Great communication skills with a didactic, ease of teaching manner
- Commercial mindset
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely
- Self-starter, can explore, learn and work independently
- Experience with Software Outsourcing companies (Desirable)
- Sales Training (Desirable)
- Experience working in Sales roles (Client-facing) (Desirable)
- Excellent English skills
