  • We seek a skilled sales development representative to join our team in Manaus, Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales development, with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets and a strong desire to advance within a sales organization.

About the Role:

The role involves utilizing HubSpot, cold calls, and email to generate sales opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying prospect needs and recommending suitable products or services
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads for sales
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Arranging meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Providing regular reports on results to the sales manager

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to advance within a sales organization

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience as a sales development representative, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
  • Experienced cold caller with power dialer experience
