- Lead the Pricing team in Sales Controlling.
- Develop pricing strategies and define rates for client quotes.
- Evaluate commercial logic and best practices for pricing.
- Approve new sales opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Define strategic validation processes for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including Sales, Staffing, Client Services, and Top Management.
- Review daily sales reports from representatives.
- Conduct annual budgeting, planning, and monthly forecasting rounds.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Team leadership experience.
- Prior experience with financial modeling and data analysis (desired).
- Pricing expertise preferred.
- Sales support or sales audit experience.
- Self-starter, quick learner, and multitasker.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Able to work autonomously and remotely.
- Methodical and process-oriented.
- Advanced English proficiency.
