Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Pricing team in Sales Controlling.
  2. Develop pricing strategies and define rates for client quotes.
  3. Evaluate commercial logic and best practices for pricing.
  4. Approve new sales opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  5. Define strategic validation processes for new business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with multiple teams, including Sales, Staffing, Client Services, and Top Management.
  7. Review daily sales reports from representatives.
  8. Conduct annual budgeting, planning, and monthly forecasting rounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Prior experience with financial modeling and data analysis (desired).
  • Pricing expertise preferred.
  • Sales support or sales audit experience.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and multitasker.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Able to work autonomously and remotely.
  • Methodical and process-oriented.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
