Estamos em busca de um(a) Customer Success Consultant - Admission que irá realizar atendimento personalizado aos alunos de graduação e MBA por WhatsApp, telefone, e-mail e presencialmente.
Fará contatos ativos com leads, apresentará a unidade e explicará sobre nossos cursos, recepcionará visitantes durante eventos. Também executará tarefas administrativas, como conferência de documentos e suporte a prospects.
Para mandar bem você precisa:
Habilidade para argumentação e negociação, Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, Assertividade, Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, Comprometimento.
