  • 3 a 5 anos de experiência em Sales Operations, preferencialmente com conhecimento do mercado financeiro (ativos ilíquidos)
  • Domínio de processos comerciais, funil de vendas e CRM (Salesforce é um plus)
  • Responsividade em relação a pedidos de clientes
  • Perfil analítico com conhecimento de análise de dados
  • Habilidade em trabalhar em equipe e colaborar efetivamente
  • Ferramentas de prospecção e inteligência comercial (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc)


  • Desenvolver e implementar estrutura de Sales Ops, incluindo processos, políticas e métricas para apoiar as metas de crescimento da companhia
  • Colaborar com lideranças para apoiar a visão estratégica da empresa
  • Analisar dados comerciais para identificar tendências, oportunidades e áreas de melhoria do processo comercial
  • Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios para acompanhar métricas fundamentais de receita, KPIs de performance e progresso em relação ao atingimento de metas
  • Apoiar a equipe de vendas em processos internos com áreas anuentes como Compliance, Jurídico e Estruturação, entre outros
  • Análise de setor, territórios e perfil ideal de cliente (ICP)
  • Avaliar ferramentas que podem alavancar o resultado de vendas
