Location: Remote – BrazilWork Schedule: 8am - 5pm California Time (PST/PDT)MasterPro Installs is a California-based company specialized in appliance installations, working with a large U.S. appliance retailer. We are looking for a Bilingual Account Coordinator to support our operations and act as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling complex situations in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage customer scheduling and appointments.Communicate directly with sales teams to confirm whether appliances will fit and meet installation requirements.Handle escalated customers and complex service issues, providing clear communication and effective solutions.Act as a problem solver, identifying issues quickly and driving them to resolution.Manage day-to-day operational needs related to a major retail account.Ensure accuracy, follow-ups, and high service standards across all interactions.Support additional administrative demands as needed.RequirementsFluent English (mandatory) – daily communication in English is required.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage pressure.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities.Work ModelRemote – PJ model.Full-time role aligned with California working hours.
