Instituição Financeira busca Líder de Talent Acquisition para ficar a frente da área, respondendo à Head de Recursos Humanos. O modelo de trabalho é híbrido (4 dias presenciais) na zona sul de São Paulo. Principais responsabilidades: Liderança do time de Talent Acquisition com ações de desenvolvimento, 1:1s e reuniões de equipe; Definição das diretrizes de estratégia para a área; Acompanhamento e reporte de KPI's como NPS, SLA e outros; Atuação com metas e ações afirmativa de Diversidade e Inclusão ; Elaboração de apresentações executivas para a alta liderança; Definição de ações recorrentes de fortalecimento da marca empregadora; Parceria com novos fornecedores, assim como negociações de contratos; Gestão do orçamento da área; Condução de recrutamento para posições estratégicas; Reformulação deprogramas para colaboradores como Recrutamento Interno e Programa de Indicação; Gestão recorrente do ATS para garantir boas práticas e qualidade de dados; Identificação de oportunidades de automação de processos com utilização de AI; Desenvolvimentode projetos em parceria com os outros subsistemas para otimização de processos. Requisitos: Sólida experiência em Talent Acquisition, com atuação exclusiva no subsistema; Disponibilidadepara conduzir recrutamento de posições estratégicas, quando necessário; Experiência em organizações com ambiente flexível e processos pouco rígidos; Experiência comliderança de equipe; Capacidade de trabalhar com dados e gerar insights; Conhecimentos avançados em LinkedIn Recruiter; Vivência com gestão de orçamento Será um diferencial: Experiência em empresas do Mercado Financeiro; Domínio do Copilot.
