Requisitos e qualificações: 


  • Conhecimentos em desenho de interface (Adobe XD e/ou Figma);
  • Vivência com construção de Style Guide de Design System;
  • Ter experiência com UX/UI;
  • Ter experiência com Photoshop e/ou Illustrator;
  • Conhecimento em processos e metodologias de design de interface de usuário;
  • Experiência com teste de usabilidade com usuário;
  • Conhecimento de estratégias de marcas, identidade visual e desenho de jornadas de experiência;
  • Comprometimento com a equipe;
  • Rápida adaptação a situações de mudanças;
  • Criatividade, organização, capacidade de priorização e iniciativa;
  • Experiência na criação de Dashboards, inclusive com visão para pessoa daltônicas.

  • Ensino superior completo em Design ou T.I;

  • Profissionais experientes em gerenciamento/controle de projetos: com histórico comprovado de sucesso em diversos projetos, desde a concepção até a conclusão.
  • Realizar o levantamento de necessidades;
  • Projetar interfaces de usuário e produzir diagramas, wireframes, protótipos e personas de fácil compreensão;
  • Apresentar aos membros do time os fundamentos do design realizado;
  • Trabalhar com time interdisciplinar, contando com apoio de outros designers, redatores, desenvolvedores e analista de negócios;
  • Interagir com o time de tecnologia para implementação das soluções geradas;
  • Auxiliar criativamente na busca por referências para os clientes, embasando as escolhas;
  • Montar o design system e o style guide dos projetos;
  • Buscar conhecimento e/ou especialização sobre assuntos inerentes ao negócio do cliente;
  • Capacidade de criar designs de interface de usuário de baixa e alta fidelidade;
  • Capacidade de coletar requisitos de design.
