Job Description As a Tax Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tax functions. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and monitor all tax-related activities, guaranteeing compliance with Brazilian tax laws and corporate policies. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and validating tax calculations, filings, and reports (federal, state, and municipal). This includes supporting audits and responding to tax authorities when required. In addition, you will provide tax advisory support to internal departments on projects, contracts, and new business initiatives. You will also ensure accurate reconciliation of tax accounts and support month-end and year-end closing processes. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include: Timely submission of tax returns and payments; Accurate calculation and reporting of tax liabilities; Effective communication with tax authorities and stakeholders; Identification of opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation in tax operations.
