Visual Designer Position We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing the visual identity of our brand across various touchpoints. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining the visual style guide for our brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms; Creatively directing marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visuals and experiences; Producing high-quality illustrations, graphics, and other visual assets that reflect our brand's tone and personality; Collaborating with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to develop engaging content and storytelling; Requirements: 5+ years of experience in visual design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, marketing, and communication design; Excellent visual expressiveness and brand thinking, with the ability to analyze and summarize complex data into actionable insights; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools; Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth; Opportunities for professional development and skill-building through training, workshops, and mentorship programs; Competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off;
