Responsibilities and duties.Research and identify new business opportunities: Markets, Segments, Trends and PartnershipsLeveraging existing contacts to open doors and reach out to prospective clients by cold calling and similar techniquesDevelop and foster client relationships, turning them into paying customersDevelop business development plan to meet short-medium term revenue targetsAttend relevant industry symposiums and similar conferences and evangelize products at tradeshows and other symposiumsLiaise with Marketing, R&D, PM and Management to ensure the desired product is developed and delivered to market on timeTrain and set-up a capable Direct sales organisationDevelop and publish a sales plan, highlighting areas of focus, actions required and KPIs to track progressIdeal candidatemedical aesthetic market experience, Suppliers of injectables, medical imaging, cosmetic studios / clinics etcGraduate candidate preferably with an MBA with a minimum 8-10 years professional experience in a direct sales functionExisting network of potential clients preferred medical aesthetics sectorPrior experience in the Medical Aesthetics or similar industry Technology Enabled Solutions imaging solutionsUnderstanding of the Brazilian Medical Aesthetics marketIn-depth understanding of Direct sales best practices: Annual plans, Forming Strategic Partnerships, Market & Customer analysis, Target Market & Customer identification, Definition and Selection of Marketing Channels, KPI definition and dashboardingExperience of setting up , training and scaling sales teams
