Overview The Account Manager plays a vital role in building and maintaining successful business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive support and resolving issues effectively.Manage client accounts, ensuring transaction accuracy, tracking performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities.Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or concerns, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, telecommunications, computer sciences or related majors.Technical sales experience in the telecom market.Proven ability to secure orders in the competitive market.Familiar with telecom solutions; possessing the knowledge of the markets, products, processes, etc.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Fluent English as it is used daily.
