SAP HCM Brazilian Payroll Consultant


Location: 100% Remote (Based in Brazil)

Start Date: To Be Confirmed

Employment Type: Contract/Consulting


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with expertise in Brazilian payroll processes. The role will involve working with either SuccessFactors Payroll or Classic Payroll to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations for our client. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within Brazil.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll processes specific to Brazilian payroll requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll systems.
  • Provide expert advice on SuccessFactors Payroll or Classic Payroll, ensuring best practices are implemented.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll testing, documentation, and user training as required.
  • Keep up to date with changes in Brazilian payroll legislation and implement necessary updates within the SAP system.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, with a focus on Brazilian payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Payroll or Classic Payroll solutions.
  • Understanding of Brazilian payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Effective communication skills in a virtual environment.


Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous
  • Prior experience in remote consulting roles, demonstrating self-discipline and time management skills.

Estamos em busca de um Consultor de Folha de Pagamento SAP HCM qualificado, com expertise em processos de folha de pagamento brasileira. O papel envolverá trabalhar com SuccessFactors Payroll ou Folha de Pagamento Clássica para garantir operações de folha de pagamento fluidas e em conformidade para o nosso cliente. Esta posição é totalmente remota, permitindo que você trabalhe de qualquer lugar do Brasil.


Principais Responsabilidades:


  • Configurar, implementar e dar suporte aos processos de Folha de Pagamento SAP HCM, específicos para os requisitos da folha de pagamento brasileira.
  • Colaborar com as equipes de RH e TI para garantir uma integração perfeita entre os sistemas de folha de pagamento.
  • Fornecer consultoria especializada em SuccessFactors Payroll ou Folha de Pagamento Clássica, garantindo a implementação das melhores práticas.
  • Diagnosticar e resolver problemas relacionados à folha de pagamento, garantindo precisão e conformidade com as leis e regulamentos brasileiros.
  • Auxiliar nos testes da folha de pagamento, documentação e treinamento de usuários, conforme necessário.
  • Manter-se atualizado com as mudanças na legislação da folha de pagamento brasileira e implementar as atualizações necessárias no sistema SAP.


Requisitos:


  • Experiência comprovada como Consultor de Folha de Pagamento SAP HCM, com foco na folha de pagamento brasileira.
  • Sólido conhecimento em SuccessFactors Payroll ou Folha de Pagamento Clássica.
  • Compreensão das regulamentações e requisitos de conformidade da folha de pagamento brasileira.
  • Fluente em português e inglês.
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente em um ambiente remoto.
  • Habilidade de comunicação eficaz em um ambiente virtual.


Desejável:


  • Experiência com SAP S/4HANA é uma vantagem.
  • Experiência prévia em funções de consultoria remota, demonstrando autodisciplina e habilidades de gestão de tempo.
