Our client is a licensed online casino launching a new operation in Brazil, and theyre looking for founding members to join their technical team.The best part? Theyre not starting from scratch. This new venture builds upon the massive success of their social casino brand, which has been operating in Brazil for over 13 years and has attracted more than 5 million users. Now, theyre taking the next step, expanding into the real-money gaming space with the strength of an established user base and the excitement of a new chapter.About the Role:You will be responsible for overseeing the companys financial structure, reporting, compliance, investor support, and day-to-day financial management across jurisdictions.Responsibilities:Full financial oversight, including:Managing P&L; by business unitPlanning and tracking budget vs. actualsCost control and margin optimizationBusiness planning: maintaining updated, actionable forecastsLegal and contractual coordination:Working with lawyers and advisorsReviewing and tracking contracts, agreements, and partnershipsOverseeing documentation with vendors and partnersCompliance & reporting across jurisdictionsCoordination with agents and external service providersBookkeeping oversight: ensuring day-to-day accounting and financial records are accurate and audit-readyDocument & knowledge managementRevenue and cash flow trackingPayment operations & banking: opening accounts, handling transfers, managing banking relationshipsAutomation & tooling: leveraging AI and international support to scale efficientlyInvestor & business owner communicationMaintaining a clean, up-to-date dataroomRequirements & Advantages:5+ years of experience as a Financial ControllerFluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish advantage)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage processes hands-onComfortable with new technologies, automation tools, and AI (early adopter mindset is an advantage)Experience in gambling, gaming, or B2C industries advantage
