You oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects led by a team of project managers. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met. You may also manage some project(s).

How You Will Contribute
  • Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
  • Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility for managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and readiness of all projects to go live
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessary
  • Drive consistency and quality in project execution using the appropriate methodology
  • Communicate program-level reporting and status updates
  • Develop and coach project managers to build organizational capability

Responsibilities
  • Performance Improvement: Develop strategies to enhance Network tower work management systems and processes, increasing efficiency and reliability.
  • Project Delivery Oversight: Lead Network tower projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality delivery.
  • Data & Analytics: Use data insights to inform decisions, develop KPIs, and leverage analytics for strategic improvements.
  • Change Management: Implement communication and engagement strategies to support smooth transitions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop plans to improve Network tower performance aligned with business goals, incorporating emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency, extensive IT infrastructure management experience, strong analytical skills, and proven success in managing IT programs and projects. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are preferred. No relocation support available.
