Senior Network Operations Center Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the responsibilities of a Senior Network Operations Center Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues on a daily basis, ensuring prompt incident response.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues, providing expert guidance to team members.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, fostering a culture of expertise and collaboration.
  • Drive process improvements, refine documentation, and develop operational runbooks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in NOC/Operations roles is mandatory.
  • Strong troubleshooting and proactive mindset skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with routing protocols, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, SDN/overlay concepts, RF, and 5G is necessary.
  • Linux and scripting knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience with monitoring, management tools, and troubleshooting tools is required.
  • Familiarity with the life cycle of incidents and ticketing systems is expected.
  • A working knowledge of ITIL methodology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills are crucial.
