Mid-Level FP&A Analyst

Our team in Brazilis growing, we are currently recruiting for a Mid-Level FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:

• Proactively provide financial advice, detailed analysis, and management reporting to business leaders and stakeholders to support both project-level and organizational decisions.
• Perform ongoing analysis of metrics/KPIs to identify variances and/or trends and provide insights to inform business/project-level decisions.
• Support effective business decision-making by preparing timely and accurate responses to ad-hoc information requests.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor WIP and accounts receivable ledgers to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Support the annual business planning/budgeting process for South America.
• Assist in the periodic business forecasting process.
• Collaborate with project managers, project controllers, and legal/commercial teams to ensure scope changes, trends, and contracts are identified early and client approvals are obtained promptly.
• Support finance in monthly internal project review meetings, addressing commercial risks, variances, margin losses, and other contractual risks and opportunities.
• Provide commercial and financial insights to resolve disputes (including, where applicable, negotiations) through direct support to the General Commercial Manager.

About you:

• 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in database handling using data modeling/market-available tools (Power BI, Power Query, MS Access).
• Advanced English proficiency.
