Responsibilities
  • Deliver new partner locations annually, increasing system revenue
  • Target building owners, franchise operators, and competitors, using diverse business development strategies
  • Increase market visibility through B2B connections
  • Source partners for rapid network growth, either by converting existing buildings or securing new ones
  • Sell partnership solutions, turn interest into negotiations, and secure new deals
  • Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts
  • Spend significant time in the field generating leads, meeting customers, and closing deals
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven sales and / or B2B business development experience in a dynamic business environment (min. 3-5 years)
  • Self-starter with a track record of generating interest and delivering results
  • Ability to quickly find and convert deals with tenacity and dedication
  • Demonstrable experience in sourcing and closing multiple significant deals (£250k+)
  • Independent, deal-focused mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present compelling narratives to various audiences
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Fluency in the local language and English
