Job Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in data centers, healthcare facilities, and other critical sectors
  • Develop and define a comprehensive sales strategy targeting end users, architecture and design firms, and contractors
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to implement and execute sales strategies across different regions
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10+ years of previous sales experience within the flooring industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong customer orientation and demonstrated ability to achieve business results
  • Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Expertise in National Accounts, sales business development, and project management
  • Experience in employee training and development
