Sweden needs skilled engineers to support growing demand across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.

As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates as relocation is a key part of the role, and you will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters as well as an executive management team in Sweden. You will also be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics. In short, we fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it – we fix it.

Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. • Identify and engage software engineers for Sweden and build trust with candidates.
• Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and coordinate relocation considerations.
• Collaborate with the global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, travel, housing).
• Work with clients primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
• Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries in a distributed team.

• At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
• A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, and the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
• Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
• Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
• Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
• Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.

• Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
• Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
• Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
