The Role

As a Business Process Consultant at Kyndryl, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers develop process-driven solutions that deliver measurable results. You will analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements, including process changes and new technologies, to enhance business performance.

You will also develop strategic visions for business processes, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and manage stakeholder relationships to support solution implementation. Collaboration with customers, project managers, and technical teams is essential to meet quality and efficiency standards.

You have proven experience in business processes and possess a growth mindset. Customer focus, inclusivity, and collaboration are core to your approach.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in processes such as PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.
  • Process Certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, or equivalent)
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of business procedures
  • Expertise in Value Chain mapping
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders and teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with process mining, simulation, and business process modeling
  • Leadership skills in executive communication and presenting business cases
