**Job Title:** Senior Business Process Consultant

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for business process management? Do you have experience in delivering solutions to customers in the consumer products and retail industry?

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers' retail departments, covering end-to-end processes.
  • Define the best strategy for customers, either new installation or conversion.
  • Support consulting and license presales opportunities.
  • Architect solution/implementation approach (requirements, scope, estimation).
  • Clarify existing expectations with customer's retail/technical operations experts and stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certifications in agribusiness industry or S/4 HANA.
  • Knowledge of retail and/or consumer products.
  • Design thinking/digital strategy/digital transformation/S/4 HANA strategy.
  • Retail/consumer products business process knowledge/SAP Activate/SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
  • Well-developed customer focus/good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
