Are you driven to propel the expansion of an innovative Forex (FX) company in Brazil? We are seeking a resourceful, entrepreneurial, and culturally aware professional to join our ambitious international team as Country Manager for Brazil. In this key role, you will develop strategies, strengthen high-value business partnerships, and drive revenue in one of the most competitive Forex markets in LATAM. If you bring deep knowledge of the FX and financial sectors, fluency in Portuguese and English, and a track record of leadership and partnership building, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business strategy tailored to the local market that aligns with wider regional goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and customize the company's value proposition to attract and retain strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Compliance, and Marketing to implement localized campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a business development team with clear targets, continually tracking their performance.
  • Oversee team performance using CRM tools, dashboards, and regular coaching sessions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders within the local market.
  • Design and implement partner-focused strategies covering acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention, including referral and training initiatives.
  • Take ownership of key performance metrics including revenue, partner activation, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data management and produce regular performance reports.
  • Provide updates on business results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.
Qualifications
  • Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency in English (B2) is also required.
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within fast-growing or technology-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated success working with commercial partners, affiliates, or B2B networks in local or regional markets.
  • Strong leadership skills managing small to medium-sized sales or business development teams.
  • Analytical and results-driven approach, proficient in performance management through metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
