
Enterprise Operations HR Services Administrator

As a HR Services Administrator, your mission is to activate and expand the use of IBM Technology within your territory of Global Service Integrator (GSI) partners. Whether building and selling custom software /SaaS solutions on IBM technology, selling the technology itself, or creating managed services and system integrations for end users, you'll leverage your partners' clients, practices, and priorities to drive accelerated growth with co-created business plans.
By applying design thinking, architecture and developer principles, and competitive insights to articulate an IBM point of view, you'll collaborate with partners whilst convincing them to lead with and promote IBM offerings to their clients.

Your role and responsibilities
As a natural collaborator, communicator, and networker, you'll co-create partner account plans that identify jointly beneficial strategic growth areas, revenue objectives, enablement goals, and key milestones for success measurement.
With excellent consultative skills, you'll be a trusted advisor for your partners as you successfully drive the adoption and penetration of IBM's platforms and software as part of their recommended solutions to their clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Partner Account Development: Developing strategic partner accounts to pinpoint growth areas, revenue objectives, enablement goals, and key milestones for measuring success.
Influential Partner Management: Influencing partners' sales, technical, and practice leaders to enhance the adoption of IBM's products, services, and personnel.
Direct Engagement for High-Value Opportunities: Directly engaging with partners and clients to support high-value opportunities.
Leveraging Ecosystem Initiatives: Utilizing Ecosystem programs, co-marketing efforts, and IBM tools to drive joint demand generation, prospecting, and co-creation of solutions.
Connecting Partner and IBM Teams: Facilitating the connection between partner and IBM sellers in countries or markets served by the partner to enable local execution of prospecting, lead passing, and go-to-market success.

Proven Technology Partner Sales Expertise: Hands-on technology partner sales experience with a proven track record of forecasting and exceeding sales quotas, both directly and through partners.
