Last Mile Channel Lead, Amazon Logistica. The role involves managing a team of carrier management specialists, monitoring Amazon Logistics carriers performance, and coordinating capacity planning with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a broad view of customer experience, ownership, and the ability to identify patterns and propose solutions to deviations.
Key responsibilities- Select, train and manage carrier relationship specialists
- Accumulate data from various sources, identify relevant data, and present it to support action
- Forecast implications based on current data and trends and take necessary actions
- Be organized, proactive, and communicate situations clearly and promptly
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, respecting objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy
- Dive deep into root causes of operational issues
- Create and track operational metrics
- Willing to work during weekends/holidays
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
- Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Employee and performance management experience
- Previous experience in last mile transportation/account management
- MS Office experience with advanced Excel
- Fluent English, both oral and written
- Performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or similar
- SQL or other programming language
