  • Coordinate the team's activities, through the division of tasks and the delivery of performance indicators with quality and efficiency; provide adequate feedback, control the sector's operating expenses, allocate people with the necessary skills to carry out activities, set deadlines for execution, identify the need for training and development, evaluate performance, support, motivate and develop your team, ensuring the achievement of goals, establishing action plans and ways to improve results and quality.
  • Ensure monthly accounting closing.
  • Support the accounting area in the preparation, issuance and control of documents and reports.
  • Prepare the annual financial statements.
  • Calculate income tax and social contribution on profit; monitor compliance with inspections by the Federal Revenue Service.
  • Coordinate the preparation of digital bookkeeping.
  • Guide the areas in order to minimize errors in the records.
  • Prepare monthly management reports with the company's results.
  • Review the accounting parameters and maintenance of the company's chart of accounts.
  • And other activities pertinent to the position.
